Having a home to take pride in is a basic right for everyone. However, our brain injury supported living goes beyond providing comfortable and contemporary living spaces.
We support and work closely with more than 150 adults with acquired brain injury in their own homes or our supported living services, offering people the chance to live in the community but with all the support they need up to 24 hours a day. Brainkind’s supported living services provides people with an acquired brain injury the necessary care and assistance to live independently while remaining integrated within their communities, thus enhancing their overall quality of life.
We are constantly evolving to seek new and imaginative solutions for people with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions, ensuring greater choice and control in their rehabilitation journey.
In our supported living services, we partner with housing associations, offering accommodation with 24-hour shared support from our specially trained and dedicated teams.
Our multi disciplinary team, who are highly trained can also deliver one-to-one support to people with their accommodation.
We support people to develop their person-centred support plan, which embraces their lifestyle choices and individual needs and includes input from family members and professional stakeholders involved in their care.
