Get Moving in May

This May, we’re walking, running and cycling (and moving any other way we can think of) 1,000 miles to raise funds for Brainkind’s vital brain injury support.

Get Moving in May

Physical movement has powerful benefits as part of the rehabilitation process for the people we support.

From boosting overall health to improving flexibility and strengthening muscles, movement is important for recovery.

Exercise is also known to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and boost self-esteem.

So that’s why this May Brainkind is MOVING!

Our collective target in May is to move (steps, cycling, running etc) 1000 miles, which is the distance between our 13 specialist neurological rehabilitation services.

Taking part is easy!

You can donate or sponsor our teams (including the people we support) who are covering the 1,000 miles or you can join in and challenge yourself!

Any miles you can contribute will help; perhaps you could set yourself your own personal target?

It’s your choice how you take part. You could cycle, walk, run, swim – even playing ball, as long as you’re keep a track of your miles!

Your generous donations help us to enrich the lives of the people we support through social activities and projects.

Are you ready to get moving?
